Graphic Design

We require up to 10 working days to generate your new artwork. Our graphic design charges run $50 per half hour and typically range from $50 - $500. This charge includes all set-ups related to digitizing for your embroidered apparel and printed promotional orders.



Digitizing

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital format that the embroidery equipment can read and use to create your apparel. All artwork must be digitized before it can be embroidered.

The price of digitizing artwork is based on the number of stitches. The primary factors impacting stitch count are the size of the logo and the percentage of the logo that is filled in with stitching.

LOGO 1 - Small stitch count / LOGO 2 - Medium stitch count / LOGO 3 - Large stitch count


The cost is $7.95 per 1000K stitches. This means a production ready logo with a stitch count of 7500 stitches would cost $59 to digitize. The average cost to have a logo digitized is $25 - $100. Orders of 60 pieces or more will have the digitizing cost waived.



Samples Program

We believe that to ensure a successful order, you need to see the logo sewn out before your order arrives. We provide a sew out on felt for no charge. Simply contact a sales representative to begin the process. Sewn samples ship within 10 working days of receiving your artwork. Some easier samples can ship in as quickly as two days. This sample program is limited to our commercial customers.
