Embroidery pricing is based on the amount of stitches in the design, amount of embroidered locations and the catalog price of your garment. Minimums can be as low as 6 pieces. We’ll need to get your artwork into a format that can be used to decorate your items. Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital format that the embroidery equipment can read. The average cost to have a logo digitized is $25 – $100. Orders of 72 pieces or more will have the digitizing cost waived.
Screen printing is priced by the amount of colors in the design, the garment color, design location and quantity.
Single color minimums start as low as 12 pieces.

Artwork to be digitized for embroidery
Standard file types such as jpg, tif, gif, pdf are acceptable for us to convert your artwork into an embroidery stitch file. Vector formats such as an ai, eps, or cdr are encouraged for logos with higher detail. The average cost to have a logo digitized is $25 – $100. Orders of 36 pieces or more will have the digitizing cost waived.
Artwork to be screen printed
Artwork must be in a vector format to enable us to screen print your items. Vector file types from Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator are preferred. PDF or EPS files in most cases are acceptable. Most orders do NOT incur any artwork fees. Some low resolution formats such as jpg, gif may require rework at a fee. Our graphic design charges run $40 per half hour and typically range from $40 – $120. This charge includes all set-ups related to your digitized or vector artwork.
